BEFORE SCHOOL CLUB INFORMATION

Costs and times

Monday - Friday 7.40am - 8.40am £4.50

Before school club at Charles Darwin Primary School is available daily during term time.

​

During the club time, children will be able to get involved with some exciting, motivating activities to get them ready for the day ahead. 

​

Set Your Sights provides a variety of fruits and cereals which are available for children attending the before school club to have for their breakfast (served until 8.25am) – please make the us aware of any dietary requirements or allergies. 

​

To attend the before school club you must register with Set Your Sights using the form on this page and make your bookings in advance via email.

​

Bookings are to be made by 1pm one working day prior to the session. 

 

If you wish to cancel a session, simply email us by 6pm at least 2 working days prior to the session you wish to cancel and we shall take your child’s name off the register. As long as we are informed by 6pm two working days in advance, there will no charge. Cancellation after 6pm two working days prior to the session or failure to inform us of a cancellation will result in the full session being charged.

AFTER SCHOOL CLUB INFORMATION

Our After School Club runs daily during term time.

We offer two options for club sessions:

​

Half sessions from end of school day - 5.00pm - £8.50

​

Full sessions from end of school day - 6.00pm - £11.50

​

The after school activities at Charles Darwin Primary School run from the end of school until 6.00pm every day during term time. Children arrive at after school club and after a register is taken they have the opportunity to choose from a range of exciting activities. 

​

To be placed on the After School Club Register, parents will need to complete a registration form and email this along with your booking requirements to office@setyoursights.net.

You are welcome to book a regular place each week during term time or adhoc should spaces be available. For any sessions where we are currently fully booked, we will run a waiting list for cancellations spaces.

If your child requires medication or has a medical condition (asthma, nut allergy etc) you must also complete a long term medication form. If your child requires short term medication (antibiotics), we will require a short term medication form.

Payment for both the before and after school club can be made by BACS or childcare vouchers - details can be found in the parent pack below.
