CRINGLEFORD PRIMARY SCHOOL
We offer a Before and After School Club at Cringleford Primary School every day throughout the year during term time.
BEFORE SCHOOL CLUB INFORMATION
The before school club is available from 7.50 a.m. onwards and is held in the Adult Learning Room, accessed via the side door from the visitor car park.
Set Your Sights will provide a variety of fruits and cereals which are available for children attending the before school club to have for their breakfast (served until 8.25am) – please make the us aware of any dietary requirements or allergies.
All bookings will need to be made in advance via email. You are welcome to book a regular place each week during term time or adhoc should spaces be available.
Bookings are to be made by 1pm one working day prior to the session.
If you wish to cancel a session, simply email us by 6pm at least 2 working days prior to the session you wish to cancel and we shall take your child’s name off the register. As long as we are informed by 6pm two working days in advance, there will no charge. Cancellation after 6pm two working days prior to the session or failure to inform us of a cancellation will result in the full session being charged.

The club will be charged at £4.50 per session.
Payments will be made directly to Set Your Sights by BACS payment or childcare vouchers. Please see the below parent pack for bank details.
We will ask that you do not allow your account to go into a debit balance and please could you make payments on a weekly basis to cover the sessions used. Alternatively, some parents like to pay a lump sum into their account and use that to pay for club, and we would then let you know when the account needs topping up.
AFTER SCHOOL CLUB INFORMATION
Our After School Club runs daily during term time.
We offer two options for club sessions:
Half sessions from end of school day - 5.00pm - £8.50
Full sessions from end of school day - 6.00pm - £11.50
The after school activities at Cringleford Primary School run from the end of school until 6.00pm every day during term time. Children arrive at after school club and after a register is taken they have the opportunity to choose from a range of exciting activities.
To be placed on the After School Club Register, parents will need to complete a registration form and email this along with your booking requirements to office@setyoursights.net.
You are welcome to book a regular place each week during term time or adhoc should spaces be available. For any sessions where we are currently fully booked, we will run a waiting list for cancellations spaces.
If your child requires medication or has a medical condition (asthma, nut allergy etc) you must also complete a long term medication form. If your child requires short term medication (antibiotics), we will require a short term medication form.
